Eddy Ramirez is the President of Select Home Lending, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry. With an education background in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Eddy quickly established himself as a trusted leader in residential and commercial lending. He served as Vice President of a mortgage company for eight years before opening Select Home Lending, where he continues to set the standard for excellence, transparency, and client-focused service.
Over the course of his career, Eddy has guided clients through nearly every aspect of lending — from helping first-time buyers purchase their dream homes to assisting investors in building extensive real estate portfolios. His expertise spans a wide range of financing solutions, including multi-million-dollar construction loans and even complex transactions like hotel acquisitions.

Her career has spanned key executive roles, including Vice President at Select Home Loans and Executive Vice President at Foundation Mortgage Corporation. Theresa has a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and navigating the complexities of the mortgage lending landscape.
When she’s not helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, Theresa enjoys spending quality time with her family and grandchildren. A Florida native, she loves the outdoors, whether it's enjoying a peaceful day on the water, attending local sports events, or staying active in the community.

David Shefsky
